Originally built circa 1890.  It was, for the longest time, the Marina caretaker’s residence.  It was restored in 2004.  The original logs were retained but re-chinked.  Plumbing and fireside heating were added along with a small kitchen. This unit is considered the “retreat” and would serve very well as a studio suite.

At 300 sq ft (28 sq m) the unit has a large propane fireplace with a suitably sized ceiling fan for recirculation.  For sleeping there is a queen sized bed and a convertible queen sofa bed.  Cable TV is available along with a three-piece separate bathroom with shower.  The screened front room overlooks the Marina and fire pit.  A full sized BBQ is available at the Gazebo.
